| Columbia, Missouri |
Ms. Miller is a Virtual Paralegal and Legal Administrative Support Assistant. In 1999, she graduated from Columbia College, Columbia, Missouri with a B.A. in History/Political Science. Her journey in the legal field began when she went to work for a solo practitioner as a Officer Manager/Paralegal. As the only staff person employed by the firm at that time, she was responsible for a variety of duties including law office management, drafting motions and pleadings, preparing bankruptcy petitions, preparing attorney for trial, client interviewing and management of the discovery phase for civil litigation.
Building upon her entrepreneurial spirit, she began to offer her services to attorneys and businesses in the United States from a remote location. Instead of enrolling in a paralegal program, she chosed to attend law school at the Taft Law School, where she currently is enrolled. Upon completing the J.D. program, it is her desire to go into private practice in the areas of Criminal Defense, Bankruptcy, Entertainment Law, Social Security Disability, and Personal Injury.
